Letters for You
The Asthma Explorers Team has created downloadable letters to help you. While we all know it's important to tell others about our child's asthma, finding the right words isn't always easy. With this in mind, we have written three sample letters:

Letter to School Nurse
Letter to Physical Education Teacher
Feel free to use them and edit as necessary. Not all sections will be appropriate for all children. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above to read them.
Asthma Action Plan
The Asthma Explorers Team has developed a downloadable Asthma Action Plan based on the recommendations of a national panel of asthma experts. You may want to provide this to your school nurse, who will be able to follow this plan if your child does have a severe asthma episode at school.
